Company Overview:

Our Client is a global technology company committed to connecting people and communities through innovative digital solutions. We are seeking experienced and enthusiastic EMEA Content Program Managers to support a medium-term project running from March to December 2024. This full-time role will provide essential program content management support within the Global Business Marketing team, reporting to the Global Programs Marketing Lead based in New York. While the role is based in the UK, the successful candidates will collaborate closely with global and regional teams to deliver the project's objectives across the EMEA region.

The EMEA Content Program Managers will play a crucial role in refining, launching, and executing a targeted training program for our Client's largest advertising agencies.



Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate closely with Global Programs Marketing Lead and Project Managers across other regions.
Manage internal stakeholders, including Local Agency Sales teams, Global Programs team, and Investment teams.
Engage external stakeholders within the participant community across Client's groups in the region.
Provide leadership in broader Marketing/Communications strategy within the region.
Develop and execute an outbound education programme for regional media agencies, incorporating integrated marketing education content such as presentations, guides, thought leadership, events, videos, and digital content.
Curate or customize existing materials/collateral to maximize relevance and usefulness to media agency partners in the region.
Coordinate and support program logistics in the region, including event management, external communications, and speaker coordination.
Own project timelines, ensuring the team is on track to deliver against programme stages.
Facilitate asset delivery to the market, ensuring operational governance standards are met.


Skills Required:

5+ years of experience in Advertising, Marketing, Learning and Development, Media, or Consulting.
Ability to synthesize complex technology products and client needs into impactful communication plans.
Expertise in building relationships and working effectively with peers and managers across disciplines.
Advanced organization and project management skills with exceptional attention to detail.
Proven success in delivering results in a fast-changing business environment.
Proficiency in G-Suite and Microsoft Office, with experience in email marketing platforms, survey tools, and Adobe Creative Suite preferred.
Experience in building operational processes for measuring the impact of marketing programs.
Willingness to travel as needed.


Education and Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in a related field.
5-7+ years of work experience in Agency, Marketing, Events, or Project Management roles.
Experience in creating marketing communications and go-to-market plans.
Strong project/programme management skills.
Experience working across global time zones with international teams.
Strong communication and presentation experience.
Experience managing stakeholders and cross-functional teams from project initiation through completion.
