Templeton and Partners are looking for Solutions Architect for our Global Client in Technology sector.
Location- London, remote
Contract - 9 months, PAYE
Responsibilities:
* Deeply understand products, architecture and integration components - become a Subject Matter Expert
* Engage customers and Channel partners to understand their business objectives and demonstrate the value proposition of solutions, delivering customer pre-sales technical engagements
* Guide our customers and Channel partners implementations and technical growth, identify key system architecture components, propose and help clients build solutions that unblock deployments.
* Build strong technical relationships with existing customers and drive growth and adoption of products
* Enable Channel partners on solutions
* Troubleshoot technical issues "hands on" when required
* Create documentation and develop best practices to help customers
* Engage with business, product and engineering teams to drive the success of products by providing customer feedback
Skills/ Experience:
* 8 years experience as a Solution Architect, Technical Consultant or Partner/Sales/Solutions Engineer
* Experience communicating to technical and business audiences
* Knowledge of the enterprise software space and I.T. management areas such as device and mobile management
* Experience with identity, provisioning, security, networking and other aspects of successful software and hardware deployments in Enterprise environments including user management, authentication, MDM, SSO and SCIM solutions
* Knowledge of the web technology stack and supporting technologies (protocols, APIs)
* Experience with SaaS solutions
* Experience with AR/VR devices and solutions
