IT Business Analyst, Aligne ETRM

Job Purpose:
The Aligne ETRM Contractor will play a pivotal role in business analysis and executing change activities, covering both project initiatives and sustained improvement enhancements. This position requires collaboration with Project Managers, developers, and fellow BAs to deliver IT solutions that precisely meet business needs.
Contract Duration: 6 months, likely extension
Location: London, 2 days a week in office
Contract Type: Inside IR35
Key Accountabilities:
- Demonstrated expertise in Aligne ETRM application functionality, report generation, and system configuration to fulfil business requirements.
- In-depth understanding and consultation capability regarding business processes supported by the Aligne ETRM application.
- Conducting IT business analysis for projects, discretionary items, and operational tasks, including Business Analysis, Business Requirements Definition, Business Solution Design, Functional Specification & Acceptance Criteria, and Acceptance Test Plan and Management solutions for change projects and minor enhancements.
- Application of available standards, methods, and tools intelligently and effectively, contributing to best practices within the industry.
- Consistently producing high-quality documentation, both technical and descriptive.
- Proposing innovative approaches to existing problems or new opportunities, researching potential solutions, and generating innovative ideas.
- Adherence to and implementation of Information Risk Management policies and procedures.

Job Experience Requirements:
- Expertise in Aligne ETRM applications with 5-8 years of experience.
- Proficiency in creating complex PNL/MTM reports using the Aligne ETRM application's reporting tools.
- Systematic and analytical approach to problem-solving, with close attention to detail.
