Financial Analyst (12-months)
We are seeking a highly motivated and analytical Financial Analyst. This role will focus on providing insightful financial analysis and support commercial decision-making. You will be responsible for interpreting data, creating financial models, and communicating complex information to stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyse financial data to forecast business performance and identify trends.
- Interpret financial information related to investments, including price, yield, and risk.
- Create clear and concise reports and presentations to communicate financial insights to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Maintain and update financial models to support investment decisions.
- Partner with external partners to ensure accurate statement delivery.
- Conduct month-end review processes, ensuring data accuracy and alignment with expectations.
- Assist colleagues in utilising financial data to drive business strategy.
- Perform ad-hoc analysis and interpretation of financial information.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, or a related field required.
- Proven experience with financial modelling and data analysis.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial markets.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present complex information clearly.
- Meticulous attention to detail and ability to work independently.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and financial modelling software (preferred).
- A working knowledge of commercial finance principles is a plus.
- Accounting Qualifications: ACCA, ATA, ACA, or CIMA qualification is a strong requirement.
