Experienced Data Engineer – AWS & Azure Cloud Migration
We are seeking an experienced Data Engineer to lead the migration of data from a legacy AWS platform to SharePoint or Azure cloud storage solutions. You’ll be responsible for ensuring secure, compliant access to historical data, transforming and archiving large datasets, and collaborating with a team of experts to drive the technical implementation.
Key Responsibilities:
Migrate data from AWS (RDS, S3) to SharePoint or Azure cloud (Blobs, Containers).
Ensure data is securely stored and accessible with privacy controls in place.
Handle data integration, transformation, and ETL processes.
Maintain the AWS platform until full decommissioning.
Key Requirements:
Experience with AWS (RDS, S3) and Azure cloud (Blobs, Containers).
Strong background in relational and NoSQL databases.
Expertise in data migration, integration, and ETL.
Experience with SharePoint-based storage solutions.
Desirable: Experience with Power/Energy datasets (e.g., meter data).
