Working with a global leader with a portfolio of iconic brands used by millions of consumers globally. To continue growth across digital transformation, we are looking for an experienced Agile Scrum Master to join and help drive agile practices across technology and innovation initiatives.

 

Position Overview:

 

As an Agile Scrum Master, you will be responsible for guiding cross-functional teams in the adoption of Agile frameworks and ensuring successful delivery of high-impact projects.

 

You will facilitate Scrum ceremonies, address any obstacles that arise, and work closely with stakeholders to foster a culture of continuous improvement and collaboration. Key Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate Scrum ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and sprint reviews for cross-functional teams.
  • Act as a servant leader, helping teams remove blockers and stay focused on achieving sprint goals.
  • Coach and mentor teams on Agile best practices and principles, ensuring high standards of delivery and quality.
  • Collaborate closely with Product Owners, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to prioritize and align work.
  • Ensure teams follow Agile principles and work in a collaborative, transparent, and iterative manner.
  • Monitor team performance and identify opportunities for process optimization and continuous improvement.
  • Promote a culture of innovation, accountability, and open communication within teams.
  • Support the scaling of Agile practices across multiple teams and projects.

 

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Scrum Master with a strong understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, etc.).
  • Experience working with Agile teams in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Strong facilitation and coaching skills, with a focus on empowering teams to succeed.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders at all levels.
  • Relevant Agile certifications (e.g., Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), Professional Scrum Master (PSM)) are a plus.
